Woohoo Beat The Crap Out Of The 3 Again

I've been off gripper training for a while now, when I quit I had closed the #3 a few times, I started training again less than a week ago and just got the #3 closed again -- and it was my best close of it so far =) now if I could only no-set it...

never quit or surrender to the grippers.

Adjust your goal to closing the #4.

get the elite to master the #3 this will help you if you can

get the strap into the #3 even if it A 1/2 pound and mirco load with the

steel washer about 6 days a week.

For example, 6 steel washers = to 1/2 pounds and 2 steel washer per day

=to 1/2 pounds per 3 days.

This the gaol setting can do=one pounds a weel and four pounds a month and

20 pounds for 4 pounds and change to stronger gripper after 4 months for

reps with the elite and get stronger gripper after the elite one.

goal will help to be foucused and knowing thje direction you are going.
