ishred Posted September 14, 2004 Posted September 14, 2004 well, a few people have told me not to do any hand training about a week before a comp. I haven't done anything in the past few days except for some ball rotations no where near what i can do. My hands still feel really weak and somewhat sore. What can i do to make sure they are ready for the contest on saturday? By ready, i mean able to perform at my level and not have any soreness the day of. thanks guys. SqeezeMasterFlash Posted September 14, 2004 Posted September 14, 2004 Think back to a really great grip workout. What did you do prior to it? Do that again and you'll be fine.
