Geo
Last night when I got home a new box of chalk was waiting for me that I had just ordered. So I unwrapped the chalk, chalked my hands and started training. And with a deep set got the no3 handles to touch (for the first time) for a brief second before they opened a little to about 5mm! I have changed my training a little recently, Ive been doing more timed holds negatives as well. As has in all likelyhood been said before either Im getting stronger or the grippers are getting weaker! Hey but it seems like im getting there. PR's Rock! With the gripper in your hand, just as it's opening up from the negative - use your other hand and force it back closed again, then take your hand away and fight it out again. Do this several times. Geo
Thanks for all the great feedback! Felt unreal to finally close the handles together even if it was for a moment, after so long trying to conquer the beast. Still not conquered, just beaten the damn thing into a corner! Syber- Good idea I will try those next Wednesday (heavy day) The other thing that helped me was writing down my training training, so I could improve on my previous efforts.
