Starting Sunday, I'm going to be starting a new phase in my bending. I'm going to bend one Red or Bastard only on Sun-Wed. And that's just to keep the mental aspect up. My body and simply isn't keeping up with my desire so these 4 days will typify my "back-off" phase. Thursday, Friday and Saturday are still fair game for damaging myself.

Absolutely destroyed the second 1/3 IMPer. Was going to do more but hands tears announced their presence with authority.
Its a little frustrating that I'm not quite locked in on my minwrap grab. The slightest change can make a huge difference. That's what training is for right?
Felt like it was a nice minwrap session regardless.
Hot and humid day. Pain in the ass getting sleeves on etc etc. So a slow sluggish day. Popped into the local gym briefly as they reopened today (I'd arranged for a local girl to make a celebratory cheesecake)
