I worked from home today, and whenever I needed a break, I did a mini DU session. Like a smoke break, but healthier😂. Mostly CRS, some drill rods as well, nothing particularly hard, but it adds up Left are One IMP bends (hardest was 9/32" x 7"), right are 1.2" single leathers bends (hardest were 5/16" x 6.5") I didn't mark the bars this time, so some are really off-center, but it doesn't matter, fun day

Monday, September 9. Weight: 237 lbs So I did hip thrusts with 495 lbs today. I just picked up and held it a few times. About 30 seconds total. The bumpers at the gym I have to go to for broke PT are so stupid wide that I can't fit five plates and a collar on the bar. So I put the plates on, lifted the bar, and hoped for the best. . .   When I realized I wasn't dead, I moved on to my Monkey foot and started with hip flexion (knee raises/high knees) andworked up to holding a 45 lb dumbell with each leg for 5 seconds each.   I held a 40lb dumbbell for 10 seconds for both knee extension and flexion.   Lastly, I increased my range of motion in my middle split. I held a 45 lb barbell for 10 seconds.

I never met Sonny, but hoped I might meet him one day. His videos have and will continue to inspire me to greater things. May you rest in peace Sonny.
