1st vid: decided to make a 2" pinch block since my other one is stuck at the closed gym, figured i can use it to train for the flask, PR! (For reference my flask lift at King Kong 2019 was 40kg/88lbs) 2nd vid: after that PR i just had to try 2 x 45s, these have a super sharp edge so i was trying to be cautious, i got air under them!!!!!!!!
