I did the @squeezus blob challenge today with a 50lbs York blob after a couple hours of grip training at the gym. After 10min and one asthma attack later, I managed 116 reps. I feel pretty good about this having not touched a blob in about a year. Word to the wise, don’t drink a couple beers before attempting this. It’s more cardio intensive than you might think...I felt terrible for like 20min after this haha. I also snapped a easy 6” bolt!
