Tom Black
I thought it would be good to list all the sources I could find for lifting rings. Guest kINGPIN
Six months or so ago I was in a big hardware store buying some chain and some carabinas so that I could hang weight plates from my belt for dips, chins, etc. When I was looking for the carabinas, in the same section I saw a load of steal rings about the size and weight of the iron mind ones but without the gap in it. It was a bit less then £10 (english). If you are into improvising then this might do the same job.
