Strength Training

Ive had my poerball for 3 days now, on the first day i managed only 7685, which was patetic :blush

Then Yesterday I dunno how coz i cant get it anywhere near this speed today but I managed 10653.

It says on the website that for strength training you got to keep in at speeds over 8000, i think I can manage that now but im not sure for how long. What do you guys thing is a good time limit to actually get a good workout using this thing?

Up till now Ive been spinning the s*** out of it and reaching my top speeds within 20-30 seconds and then finding myself having to quickly wind down as I cannot keep these speeds up for long at all.

Its real fun tho, a great idea!! But we'll see over the next few months how effective it really is.
