Thanks Terminator! Every plates we are using in our competitions are calibrated Eleiko plates or plates carefully calibrated (by me and Mikael Siversson) against(?) calibrated Eleiko Plates.

There is a much better picture of Horne lifting 300k where he pulls it high (or was it 280k ?). Pity they did not use that one instead. Anyway, great to see some pictures of the competition.

That Benny guy doesn't miss many meals, does he. :D

He is very massive and strong. His personal best on training are: Benchpress 300 kg (with shirt), Deadlift 350 kg and Squat 350 kg. He can also do standing biceps curl (probably cheating;)) 4 reps x 150 kg!!! Yesterday he did 6 reps with 130 kg on television.

benny has the freakiest shoulders and traps i've ever seen. its like two bricks under the skin on his shoulders!
