That would be a good overall measurement of both your dominate and non dominant hands. For example my maxes are 10882 R and 9222 L which is 20104 combined total. What are your guys? Anyone have a problem with resting the forearm on your leg while sitting for a little added stability so I can focus on just moving at the wrist? I got the left total that way.
