Have any other areas of your grip gone up?

Have any other areas of your grip gone up?

I just got warmed up better for blobs and it's not as bad as I thought.

This thing has blasted my grip.

It's too early to tell and I haven't rested yet this week.

I can now do back to back 11,000 runs (did 3 of them).

So it might not be that it drops other aspects of grip, just that they're like the first time we all picked up grippers, can't put it down, no matter how much your hands hurt.

Perhaps the name of this forum should be changed to "Powerball Addicts Anonymous" ?

I have been playing with my powerball for a few days straight now and did some RT lifts as part of an exhibition this morning. I ended up pulling 20lbs less than I did last time I touched the implement because my hands were fried. Bad move on my part!

Just wonderin', this could be the best thing since sliced bread, but it seems that the promotion cycle has gone into overload. No offense folks, but interest in a product "Could" cloud your vision. Carpe Diem

Looks like Powerball didn't totally sap your blob strength after all :D
