lifesnotfair
What is this "do as many as you can" in 10 minutes thing? How much do you rest between attempts to keep going on? I really enjoy seeing a "heavy" guy doing this kind of stuff!!
maidenfan
Its something I saw Doc doing in his log a while ago and figured I'd try it. It forces me to rest less and get more volume in - kind of a "Oh crap, only 2 mins left, gotta bang more out" thing. It works as I never do 5 sets of 10, or 10 sets of 5, etc. I"m traditionally more of a 2 or 3 sets of 5 or less kinda guy. Doing this, so far anyhow, I've been in that 50-60 total reps range, a lot more than before. I've been really sore the last week, so I know its working. lifesnotfair
Pretty good maidenfan!! You'll get hella strong doing this stuff at your BW. It seems most heavy people neglect this type of exercises, maybe because it's kindof an ego-killer when they see the lighter guys climbing like spiderman or something... hope you keep it up!
