Suprisingly no Franky, I just suck at DL'ing - I'm pretty sure my hands were up to it.

BB Squats - barx5, 135x5, 225x3, 315x2x2sets, 365x1x5sets, 315x3x4sets (21 total work sets)

2" DB Snatch - 60x1, 110x1, 140xPP right only, 175x0 (tried a pp)

2" DB Shoulders - 205x2 ea shoulder

One Arm BB Snatch - 135x1, 155x0, 135x1 + a bunch of high pulls

3" BB DL (one arm) - 120x1, 175xHover right only

Pretty good workout today - after squats, I just did a bunch of fun stuff and I ended up sweating good. Going to try and add a set or two of squats ea week.

Really crappy workout today - legs and shoulders are still sore from squatting and benching with the weigh releasers. I'll be in Colorado all next week so I'll be forced to take some time off - I'm sure I need it.

Sledge Levers to Nose - 8x1, 14.5x1, 16x1, 14.5x1, 19.5x1 (right only) PR, 14.5 x 1

One arm bb wrist curls - barx10, 65x10

650 tire flip - 1, 1, 2

Squats - Barx8, 135x5, 225x5, 315x1, 405x1, 365x1x10sets

Grippers (no set) - T-2x1, 3.5xHS (missed by 1/8"), RB330Nx5

The week off and the Colorado air (8000') did me some good. Also, if you havent tried the Rheband neopreme shorts they're awesome - best squatting shorts I've used - they keep everything nice and warm.

Strong gripping. If you don't mind me asking 2 questions: what is the spread on that gripper? And 2. How long is your hand, the traditional way fo measuring? (first crease in wrist to tip of middle finger).

Iirc, the RB narrows are about 2.5" - hand length is a hair over 8.5"

Man I'm envious. I'm by no means saying you're this strong because of handsize though, this is some awesome work.

What on earh does "HS" mean? Heh, sorry to ask so much. If you can No-Set the #3.5 you'd be the first one to post a video of that feat. The very few videos of #3.5 closes in here are all done with a parallel set.

Handsize definately plays a part in no-setting grippers. The regular RB330 (brass handles) I have is tremendously harder (#4 range) than the 330N I have. I'm an 1/8" or so from no-setting the 3.5 I have, so thats a couple of months of training, but I'll post one up when I do.

That would be just plain sick. Another way of looking at the #3.5 no-set is that it is only half a gripper away from a #4 no-set! Go get it Maiden.

Hard to say - probably easier than a 3 at the start of the sweep then a tad harder at close? Its hard to compare as they feel a lot different than the wider grippers.

1 Arm Sledge Strikes (on a tire) - 8lber x 5

Short walk

Bench press sucked tonight - everything else was pretty fun

Got home late so it was a quick workout, but hammered a PR DL
