I was am curious as to how good some of the books from Ironmind are.  I am interested to hear peoples opinions on 'Super squats' and 'Power to the people'.  All comments/critisisms are welcome as I am interested in the two.

You NEED to read ''Dinosaur training'' by Brooks Kubik. This single book covers everything you need to know to build serious strength. Kubik advocates severe grip work and sticks to the basics. Super Squats is also a great book for 20 reps enthousiasts.

Finally, you HAVE to get Mastery of hand strength, by Brookfield.

A rather obvious choice is "Mastery of Hand Strength" by John Brookfield.

If you are into weightlifting, "The Weightlifting Encyclopedia" is a must.

I also have good experience with the previous edition of Tsatsouline's "Bullet-Proof Abs".

A lot of good suggestions here, at least christmas is coming.  I am just after a book that teaches the basics and I do like 20 rep squats from time to time.  The book By Tsatsoline seems a bit of a gimmik so am interested to see what other peoples views of it are.

McRoberts books are in my opinion the best there is.  The only problem is that I have read them all and am always willing to soak up new info.  He referes to super squats a lot which is why I want it.
