Guest Russell Latterman
I like how you tested all the old grippers. The Phantom 4 seems insane compared with the new #3s and 4s. Nowdays, how close can you get on the Phantom 4? How many times can you close an new Iron Mind #3? thanks, Russell Latterman
1stCoC
My best with the old three was 6 REAL hard reps, a few years later I did the newer three 7 reps without much problem. I feel at my best a dozen would have be possible with the new one.The Phantom 4 was done at my best AND when highly motivated. I havent tried that one with a hard squeeze but a handfull of times. I was concerned about snapping something loose on all out attempts like that one took. RS
Guest Russell Latterman
Are the old #3s harder than the new #4s? There doesn't seem to be any measurements of new Iron Mind #4s on the list. They seem to be harder than the Elite Plus though, which is probably the same or harder than an Iron Mind #4.
1stCoC
There were several new #4 s tested......The strongest was 51 lbs below the phantom #4. RS621
