bballdad
What did you get on that intitial bend about 90 degrees?
chrisof4
Dave, that is an amazing job. The video is great, and you really crushed that red down tight. Fantastic!!
FbaLLPlaya_53
Incredible bend, just saw the vid you put everything you had into bending it and it showed man! Good work!

David Ostlund
Thanks guys. I usually have to get a good sized kink on my tougher bends if I want to be able to finish them. If it were 10 or 20 degrees less I probably would not have been able to finish the bend. Clay- It doesn't just look like my wrists are gonna snap, it feels like it too. My 280 and 290 c-bars arrived at Jeff P's house yesterday and I'll try certifying on those on Sunday and then bend as many 7" pieces of 5/16" HR as I can. Mikael Siversson
Very impressive bending with some scary angles on those wrists. Extremely strong crush by the look of it. Was it crushed down to one inch?
David Ostlund
Mikael, The crushdown has alway been the best part of the bend for me. It was a bit over an inch between the ends.
nils
Amazing bending. I also have to comment to wrist angle. Have you always been able to bend the wrists that much or has bending increased that?
Wade Gillingham
Great job Dave.

BJones
Total Domination! Great bend and (as already mentioned) freaky wrist angle - Really cool video! Congrats! Brett
David Ostlund
My wrists are pretty flexible, but they usually don't bend that far except during my limit bends. I know that every bit of bend I can get on the double underhand greatly increases my chances of finishing it. My hands and wrists absolutely ached afterward and I iced them for awhile.
