Yesterdays training (today for the usa grippers) 10/4/04

Soak in warm water 5 mins

10 each hand #1

2 reps #2 right hand, 2 singles left hand, 1 min rest

5 min rest, set and close #3 to 2.5cm left hand, 2 min rest set and close to 2cm right hand. same rest period and closing distance 5 times.

5 min rest, two hand close #3 and hold at 1cm left hand 10 secs, same close and hold at 1cm right hand 20 secs. repeat 3 times

Finish with drop set with #2 and #1, rep #2 left hand till can hardly move gripper at all, drop #2 pick up #1 and rep until cant move at all.

Same with right hand.

Soak in cold water 5 mins (hands on fire after drop set)

#3 is putting up a strong fight, but one day will have to surrender!!

Warm up x10 reps #1

Close #3 to 2.5cm left hand, 2 cm right hand, Repeat 3 times

Cheat close #3 and slow negative over 20secs each hand. Man that hurts!!!

Tried to overcrush #2 but could only do them with #1 x8 per hand.

Just got the KTA program(Big thanks to Wanna) So hopefully should make some good progress now!! :rock:D
