Sybersnott
I did the usual "Turkey Day Tradition". I took my grippers to my sister's house for Thanksgiving. My brother-in-law was waiting. His father and brother too. And me. The results were disappointing. Father: Could not close the Trainer Brother: Could not close the Trainer Brother-in-law: Closed the T, #1. Could not close #2. Me: Closed the T, #1, #2 and #3. Only one that could close all four grippers. Then my sister and my brother-in-laws' mother tried to close the Trainer. Didn't happen. So to sum it all up: this Thanksgiving Day turned into one big turkey when it came to showing grip strength.
Tyrannosaurus Dave
Interesting tradition, Cybersnott! Actually, a few years ago, my son-in-law and his family were over for turkey and after taking a few tries on a thick-handled dumbbell ( I had left it loaded near my max-nobody else budged it), we all went outside and put the 16# shot for an hour (where I came in last). Next year, maybe a caber... Happy Thanksgiving to all!
