Guest SUPERGRIP Posted February 28, 2001 Share Posted February 28, 2001 I use up to 6 or 7 different exercises on occassions but lately i have been using 5 . i do 2 sets each of : weaverstick lifts + some ulna & radial flexion & extension , then 2" thick bar deadlifts , coc grippers , pinchgrips on 2x2 wooden block , adjustable plate curl device then to finish off i perform a few sets on a homemade device which works the thumb . i don't usually overtrain on these many exercises because i keep the sets down to only two !
