Bearcat 74
I'm sitting in my dorm room with my door open. This guy walks in and asks to use my printer, "Yeah" I say. He's a football player about 6'4" 250-260. We get to talking weights and stuff, and I was telling him about closing the #3 infront of his strength coach. " Let me see the gripper." I hand him the #3 and he closes it about 1/4 the way. Then I get the, " Well, can you shut it?" I take it, no warm-up, nothing..... click. "OH MY GOD, DUDE THAT'S AWESOME!" He tries about 10 more times and finally close the #1, close to #2. He asked about 50 questions looked at them again and walked out the door. I just thought it was cool, cause the football players (for the most part) think no one is close to their strength. But widdle ol' me did something he couldn't. He is a really nice guy, I've had a few classes with him, but it was still awesome. I had to tell somebody.
Guest JD79
Cool man. As a former D3 football player (only for 1 year) we did kind of think that we ran the school. Of course on a small campus like I was at, when you're 265lbs and with guys that are 300 or more you do tend to think you are pretty bad. Its good to have someone bring you back to reality every once in awhile. JD
Bearcat 74
As far as strength goes these guys for the most part rule the roost. I've got the strength of their punters, kickers, and QB's. It was just cool to see the look on his face.
