New Routine

Hey everyone, it's been a while since I've been on the board -- hopefully everyone is doing well and making some gains.

While I was on my Christmas vacation, I determined that I have been wasting too much time trying to close the #3, so I have finally decided to really get down to it. I took all my grip tools to a removed room in the house and set up a grip lab of sorts. For the last week and a half I have been doing the following routine:

Day 1: Crushing.

Grippers- #1x10x2, #2x5x3

RT- 115x5x4, hold for time (one after every set)

Back to grippers- strap holds with #1 (3 sets)

Day 2: Pinching

Grippers: #1x8x2

Pinchblock (Blockbuster)- 20lbs timed holds (5 sets)

Titan's Telegraph Key- 10lbsx10x4 (4 sets each for thumbs and fingers)

Day 3: Levering

Grippers #1x8x2, #2x2x2

Heavy Hammer- 5lbsx10x2, 10lbsx10x3 (sometimes 4 sets)

Yo-Yo Wrist Roller- 10lbs up and down each way (1 set), 20lbs up and down each way 4 sets)

I usually take 1 day to rest between each workout, unless my hands feel fatigued then I will take 2 days. So far it has been working out pretty well, I'll post up anything noteable that happens. Feel free to comment if anyone has any suggestions or recommendations. Good luck to everyone else with their training.
