Heavy Bar Bending

I have been doing heavy bar bending,and scrolling every 10-14 days.I have been doing 1/2"by1/2" HRS square stock most of the time.Starting the bend around the neck and finishing the scroll on the leg,into 2 complete circles.

I tell you what if your looking for more upper body strength this bending thick bars works great!!! Especially the shoulders.

I have bent a 5/8"square,and a 5/8" round,and scrolled too,just one circle though.

Tonight I bent for the first time in a U shape, a 3/4" piece of re-bar 4ft long.Started the bend on my head,and then finished pushing with the right hand onto the left hand braced on my left leg.Real springy piece of steel.

One of my goals in this type of bending is to bend a 7/8" round,and scroll a 3/4" square stock.
