Guest JSimon95
Hi Tom If a person had the #2=How many reps to close half way in order to close # 3.
bseedot
Hi JSimon- I'm not Tom, but if I'm understanding your question, I wouldn't imagine there to be much positive correlation. The second half of the close is where most of the "fight" lies in the grippers. You could close the #2 half-way 1000 times and still not have the strength to close the #3. BC. Tou
Closing the #2 halfway will only help you to close the #3 ... halfway. Closing the gap is the hardest and the longest part to achieve. You need to work the close to close the gripper. Ways to do it are heavy singles, strap holds and negatives (among others). Good luck on the #3. Tom Black
I agree with Tou and bseedot. In fact, I've always been a big proponent of full reps, that's why I don't train on my Beef Builder Elite or #4 gripper, the paritial reps do nothing for me. Bill Piche
For a second there, I was ready to ask Tom to predict the next Lotto numbers for the next drawing in my state!
