I can't tell if I have plateaud yet, as I haven't been at it very long. Is it worth my while to get the BB Master? I would say this because it would be most beneficial to excercise the closed hand position (overcrushing, timed holds, strap holds) with the hardest gripper you can close. Sybersnott Posted March 25, 2001 Share Posted March 25, 2001 Get the BB Master. It has DEFINITELY helped me bridge the gap between the #2 and the #3. I can now close and hold the BBM - so to me, the CoC #2 feels like a CoC #1. Tonight was a good night for me with the #3, and I got it down to about 3.5mm (I just touched the width of two car keys held together) so I'm hoping it will come soon.
