@Jedd Johnson was kind enough to appear on my podcast, Home Gym History. We chat about some historic feats of strength, whether he’s done certain feats or not, the modern history of grip competition, and more. Thanks so much for coming on, Jedd!

Home Gym History can be found on Apple, Spotify, and YouTube. Here’s the YouTube:

Watching on the TV after family movie night and the kids go to bed.  May or may not be a Yuengling or two included in my plan...

Thanks for making this happen @VintageWeightsPGH and for giving your time @Jedd Johnson.

This was such a great episode.  The stories.  The people.  The connections.

From the early performers and their unique implements to the sanctioned events and equipment used today, it was a fascinating history.

Really appreciate the opportunity to listen and learn more about grip sport's evolution and your personal journeys.
