Cap Hex 120 Dumbbell ==> New, Challenging Block Weight

Douglas Carney

Block weights are expensive on E-bay (especially with shipping).  And I rarely see much over half a hundred.

So...I ordered a Cap Hex 120 dumbbell from Walmart (with free shipping) and cut it up.  The video below has weights and dimensions of the finished product.

Note:  @Jedd Johnson has a video with tips on cutting up dumbbells that I would suggest watching for anyone interested in doing this yourself.

It's fairly straight-forward with a hacksaw and dremel tool.  And now I have two new, challenging block weights.
