So...I ordered a Cap Hex 120 dumbbell from Walmart (with free shipping) and cut it up. The video below has weights and dimensions of the finished product. Note: @Jedd Johnson has a video with tips on cutting up dumbbells that I would suggest watching for anyone interested in doing this yourself.
