As a side note, somehow I don't get those "please consider judging..." popups as I used to. That might be the reason for the low number of votes. 
I regularly visit the forum, so I usually notice the new feat judge threads, but those popups still help.

Yea, I had them for a bit but not in a while now. They were nice.

I posted my own "please consider judging..." messages periodically because my numbers were really low.

I probably annoyed some people but I wasn't sure how else I'd get 20 votes.
