MY QUESTION IS, WHILE ON THE KTA PROGRAM, WILL I STILL BE ABLE TO WEIGHT TRAIN AND DO DEADLIFTS, PULL-UPS, BENCH PRESSES, MILITARY PRESSES, SQUATS, AND ALSO WORK OUT THE WRIST IN SUCH EXERCISES AS THE PLATE CURLS, PLATE WRIST CURLS, WRIST ROLLERS? austinslater Posted December 12, 2003 Share Posted December 12, 2003 look in the next thread down, I answered your question. also not sure if I mentioned it but I would use straps while on kta when doing deads and chins. save that grip for the kta program.
