Hi,

I would like to get the braced steel ordered soon. Please try to do this by the end of the week:

  1. Look at the options for mid-length and long bar bending and let me know which bar you want for each.
  2. PayPal me the entry fee.

Hope your training is going great!

Don

Thanks! He did the 221kg bar in 12 seconds vs my 16 seconds in DO and bent the grade 8 bolt further in reverse. He had a great showing and is getting very strong.

Yeah he's a very good bender, who's earned from the best.  Maybe i'm wrong with this but I check out your instagram from time to time and it seems like since you started BJJ, it seems your even better at braced bending and getting into positions for maximum leverage.

My bending overall, including braced, is a little weaker now doing so much bjj. Just focusing more on that so my strength is down a little but cardio, conditioning, etc is much higher.
