This is the most representative tournament in the world of gripsport! People who began to develop a grip tens years ago participate in it. People whose names are inscribed in the history of this sport. Inscribed by Gold letters. Therefore, for me - the main achievement is not the first place as such. The most important thing is that I could stand on a par with these Titans ... Perhaps I will be an example for those who believe that if it is not gifted genetically, they have no prospects in this sport. Those who are ready to work hard, to limit themselves for the sake of victory, to rise when he stumbled and fell - he always has the prospect. Therefore, I want to wish everyone who is glad for me - no matter what happens around you, do not forget your Dreams, something can stop you for a while, knock you down. But if you do not give up, do not lower your hands, you will work hard not only with your muscles, but also with your head - you will still return to the path to your Victory. And sooner or later, reach her!
Ivan Pupchenko
Daniil Balanel, who last year won juniors under 13 years, and this year - under 15, he has congenital joint dysplasia. But despite this, he had been in karate from 7 years old and for two years in the gym. Three days after he took part in KK22, his right knee dislocated almost 30 degrees to the side. Today I visited his in hospital. The guy is most worried that he is late to start prepare for KK23 and conveys greetings and respect to everyone with whom, albeit virtual, he competed this year!

The most dominating performance by a gripster in a contest since Mike Burke at the 2013 LA Fit Expo. Multiple marks that were positively BEAMONESQUE!! Simply amazing. Congratulations Sarah. 3
Hubgeezer
I also would like to say a few words about Ivan Pupchenko. Ever since The Ukraine was invaded, I had been worried about him. For many months, he did not log onto the Gripboard. I believed that perhaps he had died. With all that was happening in Ukraine, there was NO WAY, a contest was going to happen in 2022 for any Ukrainian. Then, Eric posted that there was going to be a KK22 in the Ukraine, and Ivan Pupchenko was going to run it. And then IVAN won King Kong 2022! And then his location reached TOP VENUE IN THE WORLD FOR 2022! It’s too bad the sport is so small, as this is a story that should be known all around the world as something inspirational to everyone. Like Sarah, Ivan’s story is also positively BEAMONESQUE! And, three-time Olympic Long Jumper Igor Ter-Ovanesyan, a two-time Olympic Medalist, a legendary Ukrainian, witnessed Bob Beamon’s historic jump in 1968 in Mexico City, and I am certain he would agree with me. Congratulations to Ivan. Edited November 23, 2022 by Hubgeezer It’s King Kong, not King King 10

Some say that here we are not enought, those who love this sport, and we are fragmented. But so far among us are people like you, able to worry about those whom never seen - this community will remain a place whose very existence confirms that people can live in peace and treat each other with respect and without prejudice!
BradProv
Congrats on the huge win Ivan, and on the venue victory, whist facing societal problems almost none of us on here have known, or hopefully, will ever know.
