2.Lift must be locked out with back erect.

3. Lift must be followed down

4. for loadable devices and plates 5 pound jumps plate weight only.

I'd have been impressed enough just by the apparently effortless and ginger hub lift of the plate to rest it on the scale.

Vinnie, I appreciate it:) Like you mentioned before grip is super addicting in a good way and hard to let go- no pun intended. I have tried but internal demons force me to go back to grip in some capacity.
