Nice one. That’s so cool you have buddies to do this stuff with. I can’t even get anyone to lever a sledge. If they try they can’t even do 8lbs. I always hear stories about my grandpa and his buddies having friendly competitions on the job. 

One guy and he’s still alive picked up the the back of a delivery truck.

Nice job on the 180 grip machine again. Nice pressing also looks like hit some good numbers on the dumbbells which you don't do often. Do you like to go a little lighter on the bench when your doing dumbbells also?
