Guest 2DOGZ
I know this doesn’t have ANYTHING to do with grip training, but I'm not too sure where else to turn... I've recently read in the book The Super Athletes, David P. Willoughby of a fella named Frank "Cannonball" Richards he is a guy who could take a 104 lb cannon ball to the belly... I also read he could take a full power sledgehammer to the gut!!!! Wow... Any ways, here is my question - Does any one know where I could find any further information on him?- What kind of training he did? If you know of another "hard core" board, like the gripboard that people talk about feats of strength I would be very interested in that as well. (As cool as grip strength is, I'm even more interested in abdominal training for the martial arts). Thanks in advance....
