Haha, you know I put that stuff here so someday I can look back and remember. I do the same with my work log, if something stands out on a certain day i'll write it down.

I thought things where going ok, wasn't really feeling it but whatever but wasn't not either.. We did seem to have a lot in common but different personalities..  She was kinda awkward and hard to talk to.. Also for a cop she made ZERO eye contact, I don't know how you can pull guns on people and have guns pulled on you but not have the guts to look me in the eyes.

Anyways, about 45 minutes in she got up to use the bathroom, came back and as soon as she she sat down the waiter brought the bill. I knew what she did and said screw it, i'm gonna make her wait and finish my burger..But I could tell she wanted to go.. She offered to split it but I paid anyways... I didn't have any interest in going out again and knew she didn't  but to be polite I said maybe we can do this again.. She said yea but in a couple week after the exam.

We walked to our cars and went on our way. Long story short, she was friendly on the phone, but i've bent 60d nails with a better personality than her. She wore jeans and a running jacket and made zero effort to make it a nice date.

Oh well, bad dates make for good stories. But i've been on enough dates for awhile.

Too bad...but at least you finished the burger.

Worst part was I left the fries and they where good.

If she wasn’t a cop I probably would have told her off because of what she did and I’m one to be bashful, but I just played it cool.

It’s not called the Champagne of Beer for nothing.

The only thing better than an ice cold high life is the  one after it.

Was gonna go to my  blacksmithing group today but my brothers having a "gender reveal'

I don't get it,  we live in society where you can just snip it and flip it if you dont like what your born with and you can seriously offend people if you call them the wrong gender. But there will be beer and brisket there.

edit again my brothers not getting "the change" thank god he's ugly enough as a man.  Hes having a kid 🤣. I just don't like going to stuff like this.

Sledge Rotations 2 sets of 10 each way

Very Nice workout! 160LB bear hug sandbag is no joke. I used to do 100 LB sandbag get ups and it was like a street fight trying to get 4-5 reps:( Question- now that you have had the Chest Krusher for some time, would you recommend?

Thanks, yea i trained with sandbags for a long time and then stopped because I felt like I developed some imbalances, and that hindered my progress...  Took a couple years but I think i fixed some of the "mechanic" issues i was having. Now i will be incorporating it again into my routine.

Yes the Chest Krusher is a great piece of equipment..  I can't say enough good things about it. Great for developing strength and power for the whole upper body. I'd buy another and some day i might.

No rowing today will do it tomorrow. Slept late because I’m seeing Eric Clapton tonight and exhausted due to some serious family issues going on.

Someone seriously really screwed over my family and that’s all I can get into about it.
