edit Totally not planned just saw this is my 531 post.. I was born 5.13 in room 531 and weighed..... 5lbs13ounces...  They played the numbers and won $100. I'm not a gambling man though.

Thank you so much. Here’s a birthday lever with my 14lbs sledge. I just can’t help but drop my arm a little 

In the future I want to do challenging feats on my bdays. But I’m still in training and don’t want to mess w/ recovery too much.

Thanks. Honestly its just another day. I'm no where near I thought i'd be at age 30. But i'm alive, healthy and have a few bucks in the bank. 

Little disappointed, I had a goal of having $100,000 in the bank by age 30... Didn't get it but well on way.. Stupid, me I should have invested along the way and made money with my money or gotten a part time job and worked even more. You live and you learn.

I turned 30 last year, so I know the feeling. Thought I'd be a lot further ahead than I am now, but you can only learn from the past mistakes and choices, and change them now for the future.

My family surprised me, all my friends and close family made it. I am not sure what was going on with my stance in that picture other than I was intoxicated. Cold beer was glued to my hand the entire time I was there.

Thank you. I don't want to, but I might start working out after work. I prefer the morning but sometimes its hard to get my CNS firing properly for grip lifts... Also didn't sleep good last night, I think that affected my performance with pinch. For some reason it was down 10lbs today.

That happens from time to time. Over the last 45 years I’ve experienced a lot of things like that. Sometimes the body just gets tired.

Yeah i'm feeling over trained/burned out again. Some people say its bs but it happens. I've always needed a deload every 6-10 weeks.. I'm sure if my diet, sleep and stress management was spot on I could go longer. This last job has really done me in in the stress department. 

From now on I only want small jobs, i'm not crazy about being married to a customer for 6+ months unless we are getting the big bucks. Although when our economy collapses i'll take whatever we can get.
