5 mins warm up Concept 2 5 rounds 260m. 1 min rest  10 min cool down last round i was exhausted really brought my pace down.. or up... depending on how you look at it.

My knees and thighs are screaming at me now. That’s why I’m keeping volume low on squats for a while.

Good workout but my head wasn't in it. Right before I began my Mom had to go to emergency room for pain lower left side, near hip and groin.

don’t think I’ve shouldered in a few years. Maybe I did a couple last year but I really can’t remember. Closed hand strength is better than ever, my open hand strength is lacking but I will come back.

 

Not bad for a long layoff and I did this last this morning. Hopefully in a few months I’ll be shouldering the 180lbs one.

Thanks Going to have to move it to our garage soon, weights are  getting to heavy for the attic. But my dads talking of selling it. Not sure what to do.

Concept 2 5min warm up 10rounds 20 seconds 40 seconds rest level 10. 5 min cool down  Really felt in glutes this morning.

Both eventually. But who knows really when. I wish it wasn't the case but Its time to get out , the city where our garage is has turned into a 3rd world country extremely fast and the city I grew up in is nothing but do gooders who think they are saving the universe by drinking out of a paper straw.

Thanks.. It was actually a good workout.. Like I said I went past my old 1rep max w 2x5 pinch on the Napalm Nightmare, and I held my inch db up higher and for longer with the deload.  

But felt rushed through the whole thing, have a lot going on right now and just didn't enjoy it, didn't have time for pull ups or any sandbag work.

Didn’t get to workout this morning, needed a day off.  Saw this on Facebook. Checkout the double sledge. Life has gotten really busy past few years but I need to make time to get back to the forge more consistently. I’d like to make something like that to train with.

I'm looking forward to hearing more about your sandbag work, time permitting. I think we're probably at similar strength levels when it comes to carrying.

In two 7 second hits i swept and crushed it

So did another one ended up bending it down to 2"

 

Sandbag carries supper set w/ Chest Exander 12,10,8,6,4,2 this is a great way to end workout

 

Felt good, might do some doubles for now on. My kink is weak, i'm actually pretty strong in the sweep and crush part of a bend... At least compared to my kinks I am.

 

Well update later with times. i went off what my weekly log was supposed to be. My pads of index fingers are aching and thumb joints a little and this 40ds are harder than 60ds but not quite as hard as 1/4 dr or CRS.

Thanks. I look forward to seeing your progress. It sucks, i'm limited with time but. I thought about doing AM and PM workouts but that would get to be too much.  I like my sledge/club swinging, and stretching after work but thats it.
