Great session today!
And yea, squares can be annoying. My least favorite shape to bend, but it's super useful to fill the gaps.

Thank you! My first go with it. I’ll get this DO thing down. I’m proud that I bend the 124k nail. IDK what IM blues are rated it at Hornes website says these are a rough equivalent… if my memory serves me correct.

really I’m exhausted, that took everything o had.. On top of that Just had to shovel a 100ft drive way and 100ft of sidewalk after that.

Now I gotta work

Decided to try some slide guitar out. This slide doesn’t fit around my fingers anymore.

Thank you. Yes. I’ll take a family photo tomorrow or tonight. I sadly traded one of my favorite guitars a couple months back. I miss it now. I should be proud but I’m ashamed of how much $$$$ I’ve got in this stuff.

not the best workout today with rolling handle. Pinch blocks felt real strong though...

woke up real sore. Spent an hour after work trying to get plow on the truck. I hate snow, didn't want the plow, dont want the accounts we have. You would not have wanted to be around me last night.  Thats why i'm trying to get my ducks in a row and move somewhere warm. Trying to get my family go with me.

meant to add, I got some chalk from World of Grip. Its real good stuff. i wouldn't buy chalk from England to get chalk but I placed a big order a few months back and knew i'd be needing some.

Yes, being cold sucks.

For waking up sore still a good workout.

Could you imagine what customs was thinking when that bag of chalk came through?

Yes I got so mad wrestling with that plow and climbing I think being so tense made me sore.

the people at custom’s probably said to themselves that dude knows how to have a good time.

I'm a fan of ole shocker myself, but typically im not on the recieving end..

I'm surprised i didnt die yesterday, was working in black mold, mouse droppings everywhere.... All I did was remove some blueboard from the wall, and got zapped. Turns out the 220v outlet had a loose screw in it, when i moved it the screws touched the wires and zap. The electrician thought it tripped the breaker stuck his screw driver in there and it blew up and i got hit with sparks.😂

30 mins on rower today.... forget the distance, probably 5700m.
