Never did that before but it sucks. no rowing will figure out something to do tonight even if its a walk. Going to work those two movements for now on isos with 60d shiny and put a nice kink in it. Those Microgainz plates are a real game changer... 2.5lbs can be a big jump with some lifts and leaves me exhausted for next lift... Now I can go up in small increments. Brought my inch into my parents basement and hanging it off the carrying beam for a deload system. This, the microgainz plates and the fact im increasing my caloric intake, i'm curious to see what these next 6 months bring. HOPEFULLY this spring we are doing the garage cleanout under my apartment and I can move my gym there.
