Thank you. I'm pretty serious about it. I don't want to regret not doing it some day. But like I said, i'm going to take a little time and really weigh the odds. 

I wont be able to go until around May though. I promised a man we do work for that I will watch over his 200 apartments while he takes his whole family away on vacation in April.  He trusts absolutely nobody and I won't break my word. 

 

30 mins 5500 meters C2 an 15 minute morning yoga... Still pretty sick but getting better everyday. Now my brother has it very bad which means this week of work will get screwed up too.

This week I am now experimenting with holding the inch in harder ways.... Changes the balance and I can feel the rotation a little more now despite still using two hands

Yes, i really need to do that. I've been planning to move my gym into my work garage for like 5 months now and setting up something to hang bands off of to deload. But can't seem to get out of my own way and find the time. But i going to make it happen.

 

50 minutes Concept 2 level 6 9000m rowed.  15 minutes of yoga

 

that thing I got removed from my head a couple months back swelled up again so i gotta go to drs... They either didn't get it all or there is fluid in there that needs to be drained. Hopefully I can still bend steel tomorrow.

Yes. Less folds makes it slightly harder.

I used suedes for the first time on a G2 and man those things grab so much better. I really like using IMP though.

Nice! 1/4" x 6"? You should be able to reverse the Horrido Grade 4.8 in the same wraps or very close to it (I know you don't check how many degrees you got before moving to double overhand, but seems like you always get it to 40+).

Yes. I was just on his site last week. I’ll be making a purchase at some point in the near future.

yeah, I reverse until I can’t anymore then I crush it. I know 90% of the time it goes over 40 degrees.  Most of the time I just keep the wraps touching too.
