Blacksmith513
I can’t wait. I bought the red pill and the heaviest one made to date I believe..Also acquired Gripopaedia from a member here. I couldn’t believe it, never thought I’d get a copy. The red pill blob deserves respect. Hopefully I can get the blob trainer in the spring. For now I’ll row it w/ two hands holding it parallel to body. Just to get my hands used to it.

Blacksmith513
45min C2 easy-moderate pace 6700m I think. My knees and lower body still have been achy but better. New boots are making huge difference. 12 minute morning yoga, lots of 1 arm plank holds. Yoga is pretty interesting, you don't notice improvements day to day or even week to week. But all of the sudden you are doing stuff you realized was hard a few months back. Videos of girls in tight clothing is also a good way to boost your day.

Blacksmith513
Felt a little tired today before workout and was drained after bending. calisthenics 1 rep each level WD2 w/ 2 rubber bands up to level 2-2.. Then went down to 1 up to level 3-3 orange spring. I'm going to add a rubber band each week until i get to 5 with 3-3.. Then I'm going to go to CROM. I closed the crom once relatively easy not even warmed up but I like gradual steps. You can buy the digital version http://www.davidhorne-gripmaster.com/shop.html#gripopaedia1to10 Its worth it. I've only read about anvils, the inch and reverse bending but there are so many topics it covers. A-Z in grip.
Blacksmith513
20minutes 3700 meters on C2 level 6. 20 minute power yoga I got in touch with a Army National Guard recruiter. We will see what happens, maybe i'll enlist next for for a a 3 year contract. I could use some excitement. Its a big commitment 2-5 days a month plus 2-4weeks a year annual training and deployments plus disasters.

Hopefully next week I can sit down with the recruiter and see what they have to say. I’m 50/50 if I want to go through with it.

John Knowlton
It's a chance to do something different. Earn some money, get a little education. Hopefully the recruiter will keep you close to home. Whatever your decision we are behind you

As long as you quality and theres an open slot you can pick your MOS. Theres an infantry unit 1 minute from my house. but theres another Camp 20 minutes away that does a lot of transportation and two engineering units about 45 minutes north of me. I'd really like 12b Combat Engineer, they build things and blow things up and look for explosives.
