I did a 21 lever salute in honor of it being 1 year of Slims passing. I'll upload video later.

Bought a grip implement I have no business buying. There’s just two more things I “ need”.

Screwed up my hamstring or something yesterday a work.. Excavating for some drainage pipe, i was in the hole with a sledgehammer crouched trying to get the pipe in the fitting and something snapped... So no kettlebell stuff today or hindu squats... needed awhile to warm up.

Thanks. Just found out we are going back tomorrow instead. Probably lay of rowing tomorrow but we will see.

did not row because of leg. But it’s a lot better. Made up for it by drinking and tearing bottle caps.

Thanks... Its a great finger and thumb conditioner... Just got to be careful ripping it. It will slice your fingers right open.

Hamstring still bothering me but better. My knees and feet have been sore. I think its because my work boots where too worn out... Its happened before and everything from my back down starts to hurt. i'm thinking that led to strain.

a very easy 25 mins 3700m on C2, light stretching.

yup, I got some Friday. I'm lucky to get 6months out of boots now.... I used to try and only buy Made in America boots but it doesn't make a difference, the quality of boots have gone down so much since I started.
