Thank you so much.

Yup for the better part of 25 years we’ve talked at least 2 times a day every day.  I don’t think theres been 25 days we haven’t talked in that time. We are very close.

Just found out my cousin is going into labor and the one thing she wanted more than anything was for my grandma to live long neighbor meet her kid.

what a day and it’s not even 9:30.

She just turned 83 last month.  I’ll give her a hello. I’m heading into Boston now to see for what I’m assuming will be my last time.

Never assume, but be prepared for all scenarios.

warm up with calisthenics

finally started to do assisted HSPU... now that my head is 90% healed

WD2 one set of 4 reps at each level up to 3-2   (on Saturdays i'm doing the 15 second reps)

Levering

14lbs @25" 3x3

Reverse bending  *guessing at first two times... I had it on phone but erased...

60dIMP 3fold 31 seconds

60dimp 2fold 20 seconds

7"x1/4" O1  IMP3F kinked it and thats it gave up at 6:20... This batch is much harder plus im using imp..

60d 2fimp 36 seconds

60d 2fimp 4:10... But i did not wait between two bends and i didn't give it a good wrap... Kinked it, wouldn't budge.. waited a few minutes and bent it fast

G5 ISO x 7 seconds... both hands used leathers.. they need to break in

60d Spiral didn't time it but it bent like q-tip in leathers

Rear Sledge levering (if thats proper term)

14lbs 3x3 @ 12" 13" 12"

88lbs 2H KBswings 10x10

44lbskb TGU 5x1 both sides

Ring dips 2x10

Chest Krusher 3 springs 15 15 15 20

cool down

I played some Willie Nelson and Every Brothers while working out today in honor of my grandma.. Two of her favorite artists.  They are unhooking her from her machines today, she has no brain activity. They encourage talking to her...

I had a nice visit with her, told her a dirty joke, held her hand, she hates that I bend steel and I told her i'd be bending some steel for her this morning, which I did.  She helped raise me since both parents worked, so she's like my grandma, mother and best friend.

Thank you. That’s all you can do.

The 2nd bar O1dr is way tougher. I know in suedes I could do it. But that’s sort of irrelevant. I also think since I’m hitting the WD harder my wrists are little more tired. But every week I’m getting stronger.

35 mins C2 level 5.5 6000m 12 minutes yoga.

Just got word about 10 minutes ago my grandma passed.. She was the best. Im so glad I was there Friday night for 30 seconds to drop something off.  And had got her some gummies and had nice visit Sunday.... We left on a high note.

I talked to her Monday night. She lived in a low income apartment building with my uncle. They searched the building for bed bugs that day..  My last words to her where "goodnight, at least we know the bedbugs wont bite".

Thank you. Honestly it was just her time.  I almost think she knew.. On Sunday she told me, half kidding "i'm old, i'm tired, i ache, i cant hear or see good, I don't have much to say".. Then she went to telling me about she was adding up all the men in her life.🤮 Because thats what grandsons want to hear from their grandmas.

I will be partying it up for her this weekend. Thats what she wanted.

I'm sorry for your loss. Your grandmother is in a better place right now. Nobody is truly ever gone as long as you keep them in your heart. I will dedicate my workout today in your grandmother's honor

Thank you John. Have a cold one for her later. She loved her alcohol.

I got pretty comfortably numb last night in honor of grandma, that might of contribute to my soreness too.

One thing I just realized. I should be adding lbs to my numbers. I know you guys know I’m weak 🤣 but I don’t want to mislead anyone to think it’s kg.
