Here is how I am keeping track of which ratings & which types of closes I have done so far. The red ratings are assumed averages, the green ratings are true ratings I have tags for:

That’s a cool way to check off goals as you hit them.

Filed a CoC3, added a CPW bumper, and calculated predicted estimated ratings I can make with this combination. Short video with pics of making it here:

I was recently invited to guest speak on Couch Potato Strong, a podcast that interviews elite level grip strength athletes from around the world. The episode is now live on Youtube & Spotify:

Block set work/attempts. Was expecting a little more but it was a very sleep deprived day. I just filed a handful of pretty heavy grippers. Also the coc3 147 i originally filed EST 154 felt a little too easy (not pictured here) so i and thinking of double filing that one

Block set work:
- Filed Standard Cobalt, almost BS, EST RGC 171 (would have been closed at unfiled 163 so still PR)
- BS CoC 3.5 167 RGC attempt, almost
- BS Filed CoC3 EST 160 RGC, almost, would have been closed at unfiled 152

Filed GG5 BS, EST RGC 158 (was 150)

Tried my double-filed CoC3 with EST RGC 162 lbs at 29 mm. This was my 5th attempt, I kept getting a hair away from closing it. This is equivalent to losing half of one of the handles: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/fP6KvNBBoCE

I also tried the Golden Potato lift and got 142.80 lbs https://www.youtube.com/shorts/lycDj9WZgvQ
