C8Myotome
@Alexander Koss found some washers like the one in your post, & have been playing around with them. I have been using a vice to put grippers in & see which washer fits which gripper - sometimes they fit narrow, sometimes a bit wider like 29 mm, if it's too high the washer flies off. One of the grippers I actually measured what size I would need with my digital micrometer as one of the washers wasn't fitting a gripper, so I just shaved a little bit off the inside with a file to make it fit. But very useful: Edited July 27, 2022 by C8Myotome

Yeah I know it's a lot of videos, a lot of the time when I film a new rep/weight PR I get rid of older videos so I don't always have hundreds and hundreds of videos to sort through, at least I try to title them so you can scroll through and just read what it is first Edited July 27, 2022 by C8Myotome

Doctorate is just about halfway done, it gets prioritized first before everything including training so sometimes I barely train to try to keep up with everything

Usually I only do singles with those though, cause the washer wobbles around a lot
