Hello, here's some of the more significant stuff I've done lately, youtube/instagram is C8Myotome to see more

I'm probably just gonna continually edit this first post to show some of my best overall grip stuff, and later delete older ones as I post better ones, to avoid making hundreds of posts & keep stuff in an easy to find spot

My MM0 certification:

My official GHP7 certification of 4 reps:

Triple on CoC3, almost 4-5 reps:

4x270 lbs from 29 mm on grip machine:

Maxed 90kg hand dyno:

#3 with credit card with both hands

9 second dinnie hold

Grippers - parallel ish reps - GG5 6 almost 7 reps, 2 sets of 2 almost 3 reps on CoC3

1 handed 180 lb 20 mm crush with 14 second hold on grip machine

360 lbs from 20 mm on grip machine

@Alexander Koss found some washers like the one in your post, & have been playing around with them. I have been using a vice to put grippers in & see which washer fits which gripper - sometimes they fit narrow, sometimes a bit wider like 29 mm, if it's too high the washer flies off. One of the grippers I actually measured what size I would need with my digital micrometer as one of the washers wasn't fitting a gripper, so I just shaved a little bit off the inside with a file to make it fit. But very useful:

Thanks! I must know you from IG/reddit or something, I wanna say reddit as your username looks familiar. Yeah I know it's a lot of videos, a lot of the time when I film a new rep/weight PR I get rid of older videos so I don't always have hundreds and hundreds of videos to sort through, at least I try to title them so you can scroll through and just read what it is first

Thanks, much appreciated, doing my best and always learning more each session.

Doctorate is just about halfway done, it gets prioritized first before everything including training so sometimes I barely train to try to keep up with everything

Looking real solid there! Washers are awesome, I put them on some of my grippers from time to time. Usually I only do singles with those though, cause the washer wobbles around a lot :D

- 2x183.20 lbs RT

- 3x180.70 lbs RT

Last time I was in the 180+ territory I was only doing singles, doing volume in this range is tough

Got bored and made a youtube tutorial on how to stretch the extensor digitorum muscle for tennis elbow / lateral epicondylitis prehab/rehab. If there's anywhere else I should post it let me know:
