FWIW it’s 2.5cm between pin holes, so it’ll be 5cm in total.

145kg = 3, 3, 3. 
Sets of four next week.

SS Good Mornings 3x12.
65kg = 10, 10, 10. 
I tried Safety Squat bar Good Mornings. Not in to them. Back to Barbell Good Mornings next week. 

60mm Pinch block 3x5.
21kg = 3/3, 3/3, 3/3. 
I liked the sets of three, so I’ll stick to 3x3 on these. 22kg next week.

KB Split Squat 6x10 EMOM.
28kg = 7/7, 7/7, 7/7. 
Poor form, will do sets of seven again next week. Hopefully with better form.

60mm Pinch block 1x1.
25kg = 1/1.
Had a little time left so I worked up to a heavy single, why not!

No squats today. I trained much later than usual. And as the sun was cracking the flags, I did the Tabata outside in the garden 😎
