Was way more motivated by finally being able to try the plate lifts than using the bar haha. I can only curl the 15 for now, so not noteworthy I suppose. But I did pinch the 2 20kg first session (took me a few go to get the technique right-ish tho), I think it's probably a better lift. No idea how to improve on that (no way I can pinch 3 15 in the close future, probably at all honestly, and I only have 2 anyway), I suppose I will try to rep it + get it left. EDIT : just mesured they seem to be around 36-37mm each in width, not sure if it's standard or easier/harder.
