Wire cutting

I was given an old and rusty slip-joint pliers by a friend. These junk pliers are ideal for gripping experiments in wire cutting. Cutting a wire clothes hanger was too easy. My wife couldn't do it but then again she continues to struggle with the Trainer. Broken links of #12 jack chain was more of a challenge to cut.

Remember to hold the wire and the pliers (or cutters) inside a bucket to help contain a would-be projectile. It is probably a good idea to keep curious children and pets away from the bucket during a cut. The cut pieces can later be collected to be used as a microload for sandbag lifting, or other worth while training endeavor.
