In one of  your posts you mentioned Inch's feats of "muscle control."   What kind of things did he do?

What were his cables that you mentioned?  Like the old chest expanders or something?

What sort of exercises do you do in training?  And in grip training?  I'm making the assumption that you do not use grippers often.

Thomas Inch was the most experienced and had the longest career of any strongman in history . He performed he competed . He held records in weightlifting . He had a mail order training school with many thousands of pupils . He took part in almost every sport . He was a trainer of boxers . He wrote articles on boxing and weightlifting in many magazines . He was also a sports reporter and commentator .He travelled the word and interviewed boxers such as Jack Johson and Primo Carnera . He knew Sandow the Saxons ,

Hackenschmidt ,Goerner Maxick and all of the greats of the late 19th century and much of the last century . He devoted his time in both world wars to helping injured servicemen to recover from their injuries through exercise . The muscle control he demonstrated followed

the teachings of Maxick and Saldo (Maxalding)

I do train myself , in fact everyday I do something certainly do many grip related work . I like to use the COC grippers .The Rolling Thunder . My homemade adjustable 2 3/8 '' thick handle dumbbell . Wristroller heavy deadlifts with one and two hands . Pinchgripping , nail bending . I do however 3 full body workouts with weights each week . The grip stuff is on in between days . I am over 50 with 40 years training experience on cables muscle control and free weights .
